Professional security has changed over the decades and the modern concepts of  enterprise security management, organizational resilience, and business continuity may be challenging for non-security managers to understand and implement. Wanting to interpret and apply these concepts in a hospitality environment, RYCproject offers expertise on a project basis. We will work with you to identify potential risks, create meaningful mitigation and response strategies, or enhance security operations. 

RYCproject primary consultant Ryan Carter spent seven years in marketing and communications, then over 25 years with the top international luxury hotel company. His hospitality focus has been security management and systems development with international exposure, opening new properties and assisting others to enhance existing procedures and train new managers.

Clients can take advantage of Ryan's experience when there is a need to analyze security concerns, provide insight on improving operational efficiency, or develop security procedures.

Ryan is a member of ASIS International and is a Certified Interviewer from Wicklander-Zulawski. He is currently living in Southern California.
